COVID 19 & TELEHEALTH AVAILABLILITY

TELE-HEALTH VIRTUAL VISITS CONTINUE TO BE AVAILABLE FOR NEW PATIENT AND FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

Our clinic has taken the following steps to reduce/minimize/eliminate covid 19 exposure risks for our patient population:

#1 – Virtual visits are available for each provider in our clinic, but do require scheduling as any appointment would be. Please contact our office and speak with the receptionist or a medical assistant about changing your visit from an in person visit, to a face to face telemedicine visit. They will email you, or text you, or tell you the link over the telephone. You will be asked to log in and be online a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit so that the medical assistants can check you in and let your provider know you are ready for the televisit. We have had great success with this process starting March 16th. If you have used Skype or Facetime it’s very similar and simple. You can use an iphone/android phone, an ipad (or android tablet), or a computer with a built in camera. We suggest a test connection with our office in advance of the visit to confirm that there are not any technical difficulties. Please call our main number to schedule the test connection.

If you are a diabetic patient, please complete a log of your blood sugars and have your monitoring device available to review as needed with the provider.

#2 – Parking Lot Check In is now available for our clinic. To minimize contact with staff or other patients, patients that are comfortable coming to our office may text us when they are parked and a medical assistant will come to your vehicle and escort you directly to the exam room for your vitals, to be followed by a visit from your provider. We are limiting the number of patients allowed in to our waiting room. The check in phone number to text is 971-900-7058. Please text your name, vehicle location and make and color of vehicle. ie: Red Mazda Rx5 in parking lot, or Blue Mercedes 300 on Liberty, or White F150 on Lincoln.

#3 – Lab Draws available: Please text us as above at 971-900-7058 with your name and vehicle description as above so that we can print the order and have someone come to your vehicle and take you directly to the lab draw station.

#4 – Testosterone Injections, Flu Vaccine, and other brief visits: please text us as above at 971-900-7058 with your name and vehicle description as above so that a medical assistant can check you in and prepare for your visit. Again they will need to escort you in to the office so that we can make your visit as brief as possible.

If you have any questions please call our office and speak with the receptionist or a medical assistant.
